  1. Select the cell B2
  2. Go to the Data tab and then select Data Validation

  2. Click the Source box and select the range of cells that contain the items you want to appear in the dropdown.
  3. Click OK.

You can see the dropdown is added in cell B2. Drag to add the same dropdown to all other cells in the range B2:B16. Now user can select only the country listed in the dropdown.
